Shared Report Type in MDT for SASP, DOC, EMS, DOJ

It would be very helpful if there was a new report type that was visible across all Emergency Services / Government Jobs so that any cross-departmental information could be shared without having to use "emails" or other methods.

A primary example would be for EMS statements to SASP or DOJ, or informative reports. There could be other applications as well for this shared report type to help better keep an open line of communication
