Notes/documents that are sharable through CID or Phone number for Gangs, smaller friend groups, racers, buisnesses and more.

Why this would be a bright idea is because often when you share things through a gang for example such as radio frequencys, news that have happend and more can be written down on documents instead for example needing to alt tab and use discord as main source to see for example new radio frequency. Would make it easier to share things through a group.
