Setting Radio from MDT

Setting the Radio Frequency from the MDT page, does not assign the appropriate radio channel and instead brings up the radio handset.

Current Behavior:
1. Click on name in MDT Dispatch

2. Select "Set Radio"

3. Type in Channel and press "Set"

4. Handset pops up in lower right corner of the screen

5. No update to MDT

Expected Behavior:
Click on name in MDT Dispatch

2. Select "Set Radio"

3. Type in Channel and press "Set"

4. Radio channel switches in background

5. New Radio Channel shown in Channel box on MDT
