Create a Services app for the phone

I'd like to put forward a suggestion to create a services app for the phone to include on duty mechanics, DOJ, Real estate etc this puts it all in one convenient place for players to check rather than spamming twitter as much with "any LA" or "Any D8" as in the few days ive been around ive seen this way more than you should, considering IRL you wouldn't post on twitter to find out if a business is open you would just check their opening times but since this is random due to it being player ran having on duty people listed in an app with the option to call that person may be much more immersive in an RP sense while also reducing the amount of spam you see of people asking.

I've seen this implemented in various ways on other servers and has always been met with positive feedback from players and business owners/workers
