selling drugs issue

When starting to trade with any drugs the progress bar is not loading but when use an item like water or something the progress bar is starts to move without talking

1. Start Trading .
2. Progress bar not Updating or moving.
3. Use water bottle to update/start progress bar moving.

Expected Behavior: was expecting nothing to happen.

Actual behavior: progress bar Started Moving.
