Selling Meth

Bug ReportsMedium Priority

When selling Meth, Locals do not spawn nor is there any locals to sell to, this have happened a handful of times where I have to stop selling and wait for a cool down.

Can someone look into this please as I am not the only one experiencing this. Very frustrating
