Selling Coke in Neutral and Risk areas

Selling coke (which you make on the island) does not grant me any money.

When I sell to locals I discuss a deal and then do the E checks, when I sell the drugs and hand them over it says I receive the exact amount of money I have in my pockets, but no money is added.

This was in neutral turf.

I took a nap and then tried a high risk area.

The exact same happened.

Is this a known issue being worked on?
