Seatbelts Don't Save You From Jumping Out of Cars

I'm not sure when this issue started, if it just started happening today, or has been an ongoing issue, but I noticed that when seatbelts are enabled, they do not save you from jumping out of your car when you hit "f".

How to Reproduce:

• Put on your seatbelt.

• Hit F.

Expected Behavior:

• Put on your seatbelt.

• Hit F.

• Seatbelt should prevent you from jumping out of the vehicle.

Actual Behavior:

• Put on your seatbelt.

• Hit F.

• Seatbelt acted as if it was not enabled and the player jumps out of the vehicle.

Below are two separate (unintentional ☹️) incidents that took place today which made me jump out of the vehicle while I had a seatbelt enabled:
