Search Function in MDT for Penal Codes and Roster Tabs

Suggestion: Adding a search function (i.e ctrl+F) to the MDT for the Roster Tab

Type of suggestion: QOL Reason for Suggestion: It would be easier, quicker and less of a hassle to scroll through several names or penal codes trying to search for one. Being able to search like with CTRL+F would be a great QOL addition and instead of us having to tab out of game to do it in a browser. Plus I have heard and discovered that to penal code tab does not match the penal code document as of now so we have to search to make sure it is a correct charge
