San Vitus Fleeca floating cash trays and undrillable boxes.

San Vitus Fleeca had 2 bugs associated with it.
1. Safety Deposit boxes weren't drillable, would be met with the "I don't know what I am drilling...", instead of the animation and hack.
2. The cash tray behind the locked door inside the vault was floating and was unable to be looted.

How to recreate the 1st bug.

1. Successfully hack the vault door.
2. Loot the cash tray outside the locked door.
3. Attempt to 3rd eye and drill inside the safety boxes.
4. Get met with "I don't know what I am drilling..."

What should've happened for the 1st bug.

1. Successfully hack the vault door.
2. Loot the cash tray outside the locked door.
3. Attempt to 3rd eye and drill inside the safety boxes.
4. Get met with the animation and hack of the drill.

How to recreate the 2nd bug.

1. Successfully hack the inner door.
2. Melt the locks to the inner door.
3. Attempt to loot the cash tray on the right side.
4. Get met with a floating and unlootable cash tray.

What should've happened for the 2nd bug.

1. Successfully hack the inner door.
2. Melt the locks to the inner door.
3. Attempt to loot the cash tray on the right side.
4. Get met with the money grabbing animation.
