Salvage Job

When talking to John, for available tow requests, there will be a list. However when clicking every single one (closing the UI, talking to John, Reopening tow requests and then trying to select the next one on the list). It provides a prompt “This job is not available at the moment.” If this is tied to a individual cooldown timer, then I think it needs to be adjusted and not just have the user wondering if this is WAD or not. If it is not a cooldown and that specific job is not available then it should not show up on the tow request. Marking as a medium priority due to the fact this update was to showcase this functionality.
