Salvage is hit or miss

When doing Salavge job there is a chance one of the following happens:

1. You take a job and he says it’s not available. Sometimes, all of his jobs are that way.

2. You take the job and the car is not at the location. No way to abort the job other than to relog

3. You take the job, and get the car (plates match) but cannot chop it.

Only way to fix 2&3 is to quit hard, requeue for job, and start the process over. This is doubly frustrating as your owned car goes back to the garage when you do so, so you have no way to leave the chop area. You have to run alllll the way to where cars are to steal one.

All 3 are frustrating to no end, as 1 means you can do no work, 2&3 causes you to waste a lot of time driving around to waste a lot of time, not many any progress or money, and lose your transportation from a remote location.
