When you try to get into a safe in a house robbery, it bugs you out and you cannot finish looting the house or leave the house, you have to f8 and then come back.
I’ve been having this same issue. Anytime a safe is in the house I can’t rob anything and have to F-8 out. When no safe is present, the house robbery proceeds as normal.
