Running should improve stamina/legs?

Whilst obviously going to the gym and focussing directly on legs should have a larger impact on your legs/stamina otherwise there’d be no point in going to the gym.

I think that we should be able to ‘train legs’ by going for a run anywhere in the city and do more than just stand in one place in order to train. This could bring some more RP scenarios of duos or groups going for a run to exercise and improve their stamina.
