Running Multiple Garbage Runs Issues

I decided to do multiple Garbage Runs as my character enjoys trash. I did the first one in mirror park. No problems there. Once I returned the truck and got a new one, I was assigned to Mirror Park again. Which was fine, except that when I went back to the same zone, the trash cans wouldn't let me take the garbage because I already did the zone. Even if it was the one parallel to the one I took, it wouldn't let me take it.

I went back and got a new location: Richmond I believe. (Next to the college near great ocean) Well, there wasn't enough trash cans in that area to collect all 10. I collected about 5 or 6 and went back. Got another truck and was assigned back to Mirror Park. After two trips to Mirror Park already, there were not trash cans I could pick up garbage from due to them already being collected from the previous two times. Also, on that third time, when I third eyed any trash cans, it gave me the prompt to "Grab Garbage" three times on top of each other.

Maybe add a cool down for an area if someone wants to rp as a garbage person all day, or check the areas that are being selected if there are enough trash cans for the sanitation worker to be able to collect all 10.
