Running Multiple Garbage Runs Issues
I decided to do multiple Garbage Runs as my character enjoys trash. I did the first one in mirror park. No problems there. Once I returned the truck and got a new one, I was assigned to Mirror Park again. Which was fine, except that when I went back to the same zone, the trash cans wouldn't let me take the garbage because I already did the zone. Even if it was the one parallel to the one I took, it wouldn't let me take it.
I went back and got a new location: Richmond I believe. (Next to the college near great ocean) Well, there wasn't enough trash cans in that area to collect all 10. I collected about 5 or 6 and went back. Got another truck and was assigned back to Mirror Park. After two trips to Mirror Park already, there were not trash cans I could pick up garbage from due to them already being collected from the previous two times. Also, on that third time, when I third eyed any trash cans, it gave me the prompt to "Grab Garbage" three times on top of each other.
Maybe add a cool down for an area if someone wants to rp as a garbage person all day, or check the areas that are being selected if there are enough trash cans for the sanitation worker to be able to collect all 10.

I can also confirm that you have to wait up to 6 hours before you can pick up trash from the same area again if you can at all. Sometimes, you gotta wait until the next storm. I can understand to stop a bit of the grind but some areas literally only have a couple bins so you go through them fast, even when doing single, double or groups. Maybe make it so they refresh every couple hours instead?

I can attest to this as well. When I first started out on the city it was the first job I took.
You will get the same trash location eventually, and if you had just done it previously the trash bins will not have any trash in them even though the option to pick up trash is there.
