Rotating Camera In Barbershop

Suggestion Description: Allow the camera to be moveable/rotate when in barbershop

Reason: Currently we're locked to the front of the face when we sit in the chair making it so we can't get a good look at fades and other things when changing up our look

I personally am someone who uses fades, but I have to go in and out of the barbshop chair multiple times to get a good look at the fade I put on as I can barely see it. I feel making it so we can rotate or move the camera like how we can in the clothing menu while in the barbershop will greatly help here
