Rotating Camera In Barbershop

Suggestion Description: Allow the camera to be moveable/rotate when in barbershop

Reason: Currently we're locked to the front of the face when we sit in the chair making it so we can't get a good look at fades and other things when changing up our look

I personally am someone who uses fades, but I have to go in and out of the barbshop chair multiple times to get a good look at the fade I put on as I can barely see it. I feel making it so we can rotate or move the camera like how we can in the clothing menu while in the barbershop will greatly help here

    I have provided the ability to select the kind of 'experience' you want at the barber shop.

    I made this suggest a while back on github and was told that there are still barbershops where the npc doesn't show up and you can spin around, but I haven't found those yet. All the ones in the downtown city have the npc. I do love the npc, but miss being able to check the profile of the character's face to be sure they look the way I want them to from the side.

    i love the update where you have a npc barber come up and do everything, but not being able to look side to side hurts. it gets a little harder to do touch ups that you might have missed in character selection and you can't see how fades look on the side.
