Rogue Planes and Blimps

Description: Planes are crashing near blackwoods and highway, as well as, blimps blowing up near bennys.

There was an update to a github post I made that a fix has been made however locals are still showing up and crashing frequently.

Sending this to add it to the new feedback page so that it can be included in a future update.
