Rock Climbing/Scaling

I was wondering if we could add in Rock Climbing and Cliff scaling. You could purchase equipment at a Hardware Store or a specific location up Near Paleto or Harmony. It would allow you to climb down a mountain side where you might normally might not be able to.

On top of just being a fun activity. This would be something useful for Police and EMS for Mountain Rescues when people fall off the sides of Chiliad or other Mountains in Blaine County.

Tbh unsure of anything else to add.
