RNG Crypto for Civs/Cops

I think it would be really cool to have a legal crypto that someone can get that is based on RNG that someone could buy and sell like BTC/ETH in real life but with a twist of RNG on how the crypto does from restart to restart.

Obviously, it would need balancing correctly like the wheel at the casino. But it would give a chance for someone who is poor to get rich without having to do crime or grind on cop.
