Ringtone on phone not working

Hello, so ive recently been having an issue where my phone will not make any noise when someone phones me ingame. Some days it will work for a little bit then stop working again but 90% of the time it just wont make any noise at all. I also have purchased a custom ringtone in hopes of this fixing the issue but it also didnt work.
