Right One Eyed Expression

My character has one eye and I would very much like for her to actually have one eye visually. Because since the eyepatch under glasses isnt flush to the face, if you look from the side you can see under it, and it appears that her eye is still there. Also, if she takes off her eyepatch for one reason or another, it'd be nice for her eye to actually be gone. Theres a one eye expression under the F1 menu but its only for the left eye. Is it possible to have the same thing but reversed for the right eye?
