Rework The Current Vehicle Meta

Racing: Right now in the racing scene the Jester RR, Euros, Comet SR are simply the meta and if you pair an average level driver with one of these vehicles vs an above-average driver with a vehicle that is more expensive/same price, the average driver would win 9/10 times. For example, all these vehicles out preform the d10 in turning, acceleration, and top speed, and in every other category. |

I would like to see more love to all the vehicles since I am aa massive car guy and would like too see a change in people's everyday drive.
