Rework Repair Kits and the way cars break down

Repair kits need reworked to be quicker. They can sometimes take 3 to 5 mins to work. Because of this and the way cars don't just break down like they used to with red engines, no one buys repair kits anymore. As a mech shop we used to sell so many repair kits, like 50 to 100 a day. Now we're lucky we sell 20 a week. The only way cars break down anymore is fuel leaks, and tires breaking off, which just lead to cars blowing up. They plain and simply just don't break down anymore. Which has lead to repair kits basically becoming irrelevant.
