Revitalize the North

Suggestion:
Bringing criminal points-of-interest or drop-off locations up North. Or a few vital businesses (meaning, businesses that don't offer something you can't get in Los Santos)

Reason:
To spread out RP and to reviatlize the North, the resturants and mechanic shops. Shit's more dry than the Grand Senora Desert up here. It feels like 90% of the population is just South of the Vinewood sign. The only thing up here that you can't get in town is motorcycles, TUC & Stancing. Otherwise, the North feels like it's widely ignored.
