Revision of robbing another player rules.

Description:

Revise the rule of robbing players to more emphasize the spirit of RP and to not be low effort shitters.

Reason:

The current rule for robbing players is a bit open ended and being used quite frequently lately.

Taking the "or by forcing them to raise their hands" to be the bare minimum requirement and proceeding to pocket wipe as "there is no limit" when robbing someone.

Leading to "interactions" of pointing a gun at someone's face, hands up, take what the want/pocket wipe, then drive off.

Yes, "report these type of people."

I agree.

But people see this rule and accept it when being robbed and robbing someone as the standard.
