Revert the BF400 to Vanilla Settings

Suggestion Description

Revert the BF400 to its original state of handling, speed and possibly wheelies whilst in motion.

Reason

The BF400 is in my opinion the best offroad bike and most fun vehicle to drive in the game. I have recently purchased one and noticed that it is.

• Quicker than usual

• Handles terribly compared to usual

• Cannot Wheelie whilst in motion

Additional Context

Whilst I have mentioned this in Feedback General chat, and was advised it was tweaked to make this a worse vehicle to commit crimes in, I would like to address the following.

Please put the handling back to vanilla and I would be happy for you to put the speed back to the slower vanilla speed too.

The only thing I could see that would make this OP to commit crimes in is the wheelie in motion. Whilst it would be great to be able to do this, if we can get original handling back, I would be happy for this to be changed, however:-

It does only create a small advantage in my opinion, and I know that the police cars will be more than capable of keeping up with this even in its vanilla state as I have used it on other servers.

Plus, at 40k + 20k for upgrades, it is an expensive off road bike, please allow it to be used as Rockstar intended.
