Revert Boosting GPS Markers for PD

IDK why it changed, but there use to be nice, uniform, GPS blips for Boosts. Yellow = S, Green = A, Blue = B, Red = C and now its like a low quality Red & Orange Car with a gun for A / B. A massive Blue Car for C, nothing for D (Understable), and idek what S is. they're really ugly and it'd be nice to bring back those uniform trackers again.
