Retrievable Balls for Animal Ped characters.

Allow a way to pick up the throwable balls purchased from the Pet Store so those who play a Dog Ped Character are able to play Fetch with Human characters.

My Dog character hangs around in Harmony and one of the employees recently bought some of the balls from the Pet Store to play Fetch. After they threw the ball I attempted to pick it up either with the prop pickup or checking the ground and was unable to retrieve the ball. I think allowing a way to be able to do this would be beneficial for those who play all the different dogs in the city.

Could either make it seeable from when you check your pockets or act like a prop and be able to pick it up possibly.
