Request for persistent UI element on incapacitated screen if you get a reply.

Description:

Have the 311 reply stay on screen till the timer is up (at minimum).

This could come in the form of:

• (MVP) Existing UI with the 311 reply from pd/ems remains on screen for the 5 minute timer

• (Better Solution) When a reply is sent by PD/EMS the 311 reply in the top right does not appear. Instead the reply appears at center under the head/subheader (or) above the ‘notify x’ bar at the bottom. - (EMS/PD icon : reply text) that stays till the timer is up.

Reason:

Right now when ems replies to an incapacitated person, because the 311 reply is only present for a few seconds it is easily missed. In turn, people don't see the reply and assume ems/pd will not be coming to them. They may end up then using local ems or have someone self transport. The ems then rolls up on scene with no one to treat, by the time they get back to a hospital the patient has already seen Nancy. As a result, both sides missed out on a possible interaction.
