Repairing car is bugued

When you red engine your car, but everything is stil on it, just the engine dies when you come ou the car, then you use a repair kit, and you cannot get in the car anymore

Steps :

Red engine the car
Drive a few seconds

Get out the car

Repair it

Try to get in

Expected behaviour :

Like it use to be, you can repair a red engine car, get in and drive to the mech shop to repair it and do the internals

Actual behaviour :

You can't do anything, just like before when a car was drowned and repaired with a repair kit, like if the car was no longer considered a car, you character doesn't "see" the car you pres F for

After calling a mech and he tries to force me in the repaired car, I'm in, but still can't drive after repairing.
