Rental spot gives car with real plate instead of rental

Description: When you rent a car (ruiner for me) from the rental spot on Alta, it gives you keys for RENTAL####, but the plate on the car is a real plate.

Reproduction to steps:

1 - Go to rental and rent (ruiner for me)

2 - Wait for car to spawn

3 - See keys are for a rental, but car has a normal plate

Expected result: Car and keys plates match

Actual result: Keys had seemingly correct plate, car spawned with wrong plate
