REMOVE the Sale value script for a static fee.

Description:
Remove the asset fee script for a static value system.
Example, a Yosemite Rancher is available for 45k stock, so the asset fee is $450.
From then on, regardless of how much the car is sold for, the fee will always be $450.

Reason:
This Script that determines a car's value restricts or outright has removed certain RP several people and groups from the server.
With how private sales work, it is LITERALLY impossible to start another used car shop in the city RP like before the wipe.
There were several small groups (though with limited stock) that created small competition and options for sellers.
Pinkslip Racing is completely gone, which was a fun high-risk stake that people enjoyed.
The script itself creates its own problem as people can simply sell the car in a train of sales to reduce the asset fee.
Break the sales rule as mentioned SEVERAL TIMES in the discord, and actually allow us to sell our cars at a value that reflects their worth after upgrades.
It feels scummy to pay 45k for a stance and about that in upgrades, to just be offered about half or less at TUCs or private sales.
The ONLY people who have the ability to "fix" the asset fees and that's if they ever get the cars, is Tom's Used Autos.
We as a community overall do not like this forced script on us simply because a script changes the value.
Having a static asset value solves the issue completely.
You don't have to worry about asset reductions through sale, TUCs won't be required to "fix the fees.
If people want to sell a car or straight up give it away, let them.
Just leave the fee alone and be done with it.

I was just thinking about writing this myself and you beat me to it. This feels like a super essential change for both the car market and business RP

The idea of a flat fee based on the first sale price, and then removing the limit on prices for resale sounds great.

Another good change to help competition and the car market as a whole would be some way of removing/shortening the 30 day hold on cars. Maybe this could be something people apply for through the COC, paying a fee to acquire a "dealer license", allowing them to bypass the 30 day hold and also sale price limits on cars they sell and purchase.

Alternatives to the above could be selling within 30 days requires you to pay 4 weeks of taxes on the car, or 15% of the profit that was made on the car.

As of now, the LSRS app really restricts the ability to both buy and sell cars for fair prices. I have had multiple instances of myself or friends feeling "stuck" with a car and having to choose between selling to TUC for less than half of what we paid stock, or trying to sell it for a price nobody will pay on yellow pages because I'm limited on the minimum I can sell for.

I've spoken to people at garages emptying their trunk saying they are gonna go to TUC to sell their car, I like the car and think the price is super cheap so I've offered them 20% more than they are getting from TUC to try to help both of us out, and they are unable to sell it to me for that price because it is below the minimum the app allows, only to see it on TUC the next day for double what I could have bought it for.

I'm also unable to help out people who seem genuine and new in town with a decent deal on a lower tier car, and the used car dealership you can send them to doesn't feel much like a deal when you realize they pay less than half the stock price and the if the car is anywhere near popular it gets resold at almost full value, buyers most often just get free upgrades.

And while this does seem like something that should be dealt with IC, there is no possible way someone could compete with them.

Right now with the script present, only one group can utilize the script.

And that group offered 200k for an 800k car.

Balance is not an interest with this setup.

In this case, the private sale with the script at the lowest would be 720k.

    Pretty BIG gap there.
