Remove the minimum price to sell a vehicle - Removes a lot of Roleplay

Remove the minimum price when trying to sell a vehicle. Make it a "recommended price" instead.

This hinders quite a bit of roleplay, such as;
-Pinkslips
-Person A owes Person B money - Gives the car as payment.
-Car has E.g. 2 strike points, won't be bought by someone by the minimum price.

-Person A passes a Car forward to a new person. Which they later passes on to the next etc etc. As a first time vehicle.

-Illegal gambling.

-Car tradings.

Just a few scenarios from the top of my head that I myself has been in, before the change. Which now would have been impossible.

I suppose there would be a solution as for Tom's Used Cars. However, if there was an exception made for a business, then it would remove the 2nd handmarket off people trying to sell to people and giving the business a monopoly of the 2nd hand market.
