Remove brandishing calls when you are in a house/warehouse

Currently when you go into your house and pull out a gun, a local is somehow aware of this and calls the police. I am not sure how this could be fixed but I find it pretty immersion breaking that locals are just aware of everyone who pulls out a gun regardless of if a local is near you or not.
