Remote Device Stuck in Machine

After successfully completing ATM hacks, I've twice now not been able to remove my Remote Device.

I got the text stating the ATM has successfully been hacked, to collect my cash. I then am unable to remove my device, and collect my cash as it normally would. I've had a couple problems now, but it isn't all the time.
