Relocating a vehicle with harnesses

Description: When you go inside your warehouse and come back out, sometimes your vehicle disappears. You have to relocate the vehicle on your phone, and when you relocate the vehicle, the harness just disappears. The idea is to allow us to keep that harness on the car when we relocate it so we aren't wasting the use of a harness.
