Reduce the time it takes to grow weed plants (2 ways to do so)

Suggestion 1: Decrease the time between watering from 12 hours to 8

What this would do is allow people who don't have the possibility to come onto the server every 12 hours (say job, parenting or sleep) but can manage to join the server every 8 hours the possibility to water their plants twice a day.

This however allows people with a large amount of disposable time to water their plants 3 times a day, buffing weed growing.

My Second suggestion is to limit the amount of times you can water a day.

Say we let the player water their plants at any time, however after the plant has been watered twice any additional watering of the plant would not have an effect on its growth.

And this resets at a specific time (say 12 am EST).

This way nobody, no matter how tight your time schedule may be, can effectively water their plants.

The reason I came up with this suggestion is that I believe that both suggestions (should one of them be implemented) could drastically help people who are on a tight schedule and not put anyone else at a disadvantage. It would be a win-win for everybody.
