Reduce or get rid of the time you must own a vehicle before selling it.

Reduce the length of time you must own a car before you can transfer / sell it

Reason being is having to hold a car for 30 days doesn't make sense to me from an RP or character progression perspective. A lot of people sell there cars onto new people in the city, giving them a better experience as well being able to purchase further vehicles. A lot your RP experience is around buying cars or what car you drive so restricting it to 30 days kind of kills that chance for people new and old to the city.

I'd say a week max but ideally you wouldn't have to hold onto a car for any said amount of time before you sell it.

I know there must be a reason for the 30 days, I'm not sure what it is but would also like to know so I can understand why it is also, I'm a bit clueless as to why currently!
