Real people as driving instructors

This idea came into mind when I was teaching my sister how to drive. It was chaotic but fun. Now what if this was also the thing in the city, we’ll have real people role playing as driving instructors and they’ll take the student around the city, the newcomer will have a chance the city with a tour guide and get introduced to the various establishments. This can lead to funny interactions whenever the student crashes in a tree, a lightpost, or ran over someone. Then the cops can pull him over for something and scare the crap off the student.

    Certain people do take this upon themselves to do this.

    Most notably a character named Jaspers Guardsmen, a top tier character/player.

    Making it a requirement however wouldn't be good overall.

    There is a high influx of players, a lot of them don't even bother as it is or unaware of its requirement.

    (Somehow...)

    Unfortunately it is quite difficult to get a weapon, hunting, fishing licenses, and items siezed when being incarcerated as it is.

    Especially with the low PD count currently.

    Perhaps something better to come back to down the line.
