Suggestion Description:

So before you ring someone, the general idea to have a Active Signal before their name to see if the person is in the city or not. To see if their phone is “Turned on” so it’s easier that way.

Reason:

I believe it would make things easier than ringing them and finding out that way and then you’ve to deal with a phone call which doesn’t matter anymore.
