Random Minigame Flashes

There are times where when I just have my phone out, my HUD disappears and the phone goes invisible then a minigame flashes on my screen for like half a second. My current fix for it is going to F8 > "phone" then "togglehud" two times so I could move around again.

I don't know how to replicate the bug since it seems to happen only at random times.
