Radio bug in houses

Description: You're able to hear and speak on the radio while robbing houses if you're talking on the phone from potentially unlimited range.
(I was robbing a house in North Rockford drive and could hear people next to pillbox)

Steps to recreate the bug:
1 - Enter a house you want to rob
2 - Call anyone on your list
- You can now hear the radio and talk on it.

Expected Behaviour: Radios normally don't work if you're inside of a house.

Actual Behaviour: You can hear the radio and speak on the radio.
