Racing App not working properly.

Description: The racing app will let you create a race, but will not let you see the race or start the race. Other people can sometimes see your race, some racers can see it. Even if you could get everyone to join the race, the host cannot start it, as they don't see their race in the app.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Open the racing app.

2. Attempt to create a race.

3. The race alerts other racers of a race. In this instance, you do not see that a race has been created. Only goes blank.

4. Racers all trying to create a race, but cannot host or see other races already created.

5. Realize you cannot try to create another race, because you are prompted that you cannot start multiple races.

Expected Behaviour: Create a race while seeing it and controlling the start button on the app. Being able to see your and other's races being created and listed.

Actual Behaviour: Create races that the host cannot see or control. It can not be seen by most racers, and can not race at all using the app provided.
