Racing app buyin taken when race already started.

Whenever a race is created with the buyin feature used. There is a tax (which i believe cannot be fixed due to the money being taken from phone) but whenever a race is started and taking place and someone attempts to join the race, it will take their buyin regardless of being able to join and take part.

1) Join race thats started without knowing its started

2) Buyin is taken and not refunded due to race being started

Expected Behavior: Join race that is started, it not take your buyin since the race is already started and you're unable to take part.

Actual Behavior: You join the race, your buyin is taken, you are taxed and none of your money is refunded.
