[QOL] Anchor to call on MDT when selecting call on the top

Due to the fact that PD is ever-growing and we need a scalable system that can accommodate for the amount of calls we attach to and officers we have on duty.

In the first image below, you can see there are Signal 100 calls that people can attach to, the only option you have is to delete the call. We should add another functionality by clicking on it and it will scroll down to the specific call.

This is a nice QOL feature to have as sometimes we have so many calls and officers on duty (Thurs - Sat) that it can be annoying to scroll through all the calls and officers and find the call.

I also think it makes sense that we implement this feature as we grow in size to accommodate the criminal population!
