Public Docket System

Suggestion Description:

Currently all dockets are on the DOJ discord. Moving it to somewhere public like the echo website or main discord makes it easier to get availability from witnesses as they can provide it directly and also let's people see what's going on in the DOJ. SAO can just request the docket to be private and just held in the DOJ discord if they wish, or just seal the names of witnesses on the docket to protect their identity, as well as request closed court. They can also just simply request the docket to be moved to the DOJ discord for privacy.

Reason for Suggestion:

It brings more eyes to DOJ roleplay and makes it a thousand times easier to get cases scheduled as those involved can just post directly to the docket instead of lawyers having to hope they catch them in city to get it. It can be used for both civil and criminal cases. Also, there can be a rule posted where the public docket is for people not involved in those cases to not post in the docket to prevent random people from posting.
