Priority for Animal Peds

When you purchase an Animal Ped on the Store I've been told you don't get priority for the ped to join the server, It would be more useful if you had an option where you were able to join the server without purchasing priority but locked onto the ped for that session.

I believe this would bring more Animals into the server for when the server is completely full
