Possible to bring the art gallery back?

Hello! I play Phyllis Waverly who has owned art galleries in past cities, and it was always a great place to gather, throw events, and display art made by our very own citizens.

I was wondering if there was another art gallery in the works, or if you guys needed someone to help? Just want to throw my name in the hat if you guys needed an extra pair of hands.
