Position zero..

Can we either remove the 'position zero' position in queue or make it hard locked so that you can't be removed from it, before 'position zero' was even a thing at that point that it now arrives you'd be put straight in if you were high enough in the queue, now, you can get in as early as you want, be entered to 'position zero' and still get kicked out.

The false sense of hope is frustrating and although I accept people have bought higher priority than me, I have been told that the server is working on getting me in and then been kicked out and moved to 20+ in the queue.
