Pocket Weight Shows incorrect Number of to Carry items

My pocket tell me I’m allowed to carry up to 250.00, but that’s not the case. My pocket are completely empty yet somehow I’m carrying 42.00 / 250.00 this is very challenging & annoying when your calculating items to perfectly match your pockets, or when you know you have the space to carry the weight, but somehow you cant carry it, leaving you no choice but to drop the item somewhere and hide it and hoping its not lost or stolen.

Maybe add something that effects your health or food or drinks.
For example: Your weight carry should be 150 no matter how badly injured / hungry / or thirsty you are. but to expand from 150.00 - 250.00 your body, mind and health should be in good or great condition to carry more weight.
